Fidelio [collection] : Oper in zwei Aufzugen / von L. van Beethoven. 1800-1910.

Arranged in four groups: I. Vocal scores (33). II. Promptbooks (3). III. Dialogue parts (9). IV. Orchestra parts (30). The vocal scores represent four manifestations: an English/German version published by Novello (1880-1889?), an English/German version by Ditson (1890-1910?), an Italian/English version by Boosey (1890-1910), and a French/German version by Litolff (n.d.). One of the Novello copies is a "Stage Manager's Guide". The three promptbooks include an English/German version printed in Boston, which bears the stamp of "J. Silver's Musical Library;" a printed English version with handwritten stage annotations; and a manuscript German version. The dialogue parts are all handwritten in German. With the exception of one manuscript Violin I part, the orchestra parts are printed and bear the plate number B. 206; all are identified on the Tams cover as "Set No. 5."
